Weekly Picks
2000 39-47-1 Locks 6-6 Man tough week but I got my 7 how bout you? Time for a new season and we here at CFN are ready to kick it off in style. Last year was pretty rough for us in the record and “points” department. I look to return to my 1999 record and even better it. Well like I said we try to do our best for you and try and help you during your season. And away we go LW: 4-3 Record: 18-19-0 LW “Points: +470 “Points”: -1050 Locks of the Week: 2-4 Purdue @
Michigan
Michigan –11.5 Purdue has been living on the edge. Michigan is finally starting to gel. I look for the wolverines to cover easily in the Big House.
Texas @ Oklahoma State
Texas –18 Well after last weeks loss. I think Mack Brown will get these boys playing some good ball. Look for a little bit of a retooled offense for the week and the Cowboys will not even begin to understand what hit em. Easy pick here.
BYU @
New Mexici
BYU –14 What more can you say about the most potent offense in the land. Look for the Cougars to win big.
Washington
@ UCLA
UCLA –13 I know I know I hardly ever pick big games but this one seemed like a gimme. The Husky's have been living on borrowed time. The Bruins are picking up steam. After I left them off of the top 25 in pre season I have to say this Bruin team might be the best team in the Pac 10.
Oklahoma
@ Kansas
Oklahoma –21 Well The Sooners have shown me something. The Sooners are looking awesome and I see no reason for a helpless Kansas to even make a game of this.
Florida
@ Auburn
Florida –22 The Gators are the best team in the land. They have scored 40 or more points in every game. The defense has kept most teams under 20 points. I know Auburn has looked good but not against a team of this caliber. Oh yea nad more sports announcers will start giving more Heisman props to Mr. Gross-Heis-man. Just remember they have to make you think it was their idea but you all know I was the only one calling him for the Heisman at the beginning of the year.
Nebraska
@ Baylor
Nebraska –33 Well the Bears are the perennial bottom dweller of the Big 12. The Huskers are National title contenders. Hmm makes you wonder. BTW Nebraska has covered their last 3 games. Lock of the Week here. Good Luck and remember the G-Man Rules.
